Return Policy

⚠ Important Notice

Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. All approved returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.


30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
All original components, accessories, and packaging must be included.
The product must show no signs of damage due to misuse or careless handling.
Hygiene-sensitive items must be unused and clean.
Defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt, with photographic evidence.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear to be used, damaged, or altered.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval within 7 business days.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@isabelle-ivy.com

Your email must include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
  • Full name
  • Full address


Do not send any items without prior confirmation. We will provide you with the exact return address after reviewing your request. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer (a private individual purchasing outside of any professional activity), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email with a clear statement of your decision.

The withdrawal is considered complete when:

  • We receive the returned goods, and
  • The items pass inspection.

The return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


Important Shipping Information

As our products are shipped from our international warehouse, transit times may vary.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you must wait to receive the item and then initiate a return request.


Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
  • The initial delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. The exact address will be provided to you after your request has been approved by our team.

Return shipping costs, customs duties, and any import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
