Are returns still accepted?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are undamaged and in their original packaging. As we will soon be permanently closing our workshop, we ask that you please contact our customer service before sending a return so that we can guide you through the process.

Will you restock after the sale?

No — once our Anniversary Sale items are sold out, they will not be restocked. Each item is part of a limited and carefully curated selection, so when it's gone, it's gone forever. We recommend you buy early to secure your favorites.

Can I still track my order?

Of course. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link to follow the delivery of your package (remember to check your spam folder too). You can also check the tracking at any time by entering your order number and email address on our Track Your Order page.
